Description

A traditional African fruit salad made with pineapple, oranges, mangoes, bananas, lime juice, brown sugar, and coconut.

Ingredients

pineapple, ½-inch cubed, fresh or canned
4cup
orange, medium, peeled, divided into sections
2
mango, medium, peeled, diced
2
banana, cut in 0.5 inch slices

lime juice
2tbsp
brown sugar, dark
2tbsp
coconut, flaked

Directions

1. Combine fruits in a bowl 2. Combine lime juice and sugar, and add to fruits; toss to coat 3. Cover and chill at least 1 hour 4. Sprinkle with coconut before serving
