Description

Hot pepper relish best after sitting for at least 3 days before serving.

Ingredients

garlic clove, minced
8clove
celery stalk, with leaves
1stalk
hot pepper, fresh
0.5lb
bell pepper, red, cored, seeded
1count
dill, fresh, chopped
2cup
cilantro leaves, fresh, chopped
1.5cup
red wine vinegar
0.33cup
salt
1tsp

Directions

1. Coarsely chop celery, hot peppers and red bell pepper then add garlic and mix well and add chopped herbs and mix to a medium coarseness 2. Stir in vinegar and salt then cover and refrigerate overnight before packing into jars 3. Either store in the refrigerator or process in a water bath for longer storage
